Cooking:
For one cup of uncooked Bulgar, add 2 cups of water in an open pot with some salt, and bring to the boil. Lower heat and put the lid on, and cook until the liquid is absorbed.
Serve as an alternative to rice at the dinner table, or in baked “rice”, or create a salad with chickpeas, coriander, nuts, olive oil and some mandarin oranges!
