This project was completed while Abby Ng was employed at the National Parks Board, Singapore. Abby developed the landscape and architectural design concepts.
The mangrove habitat is extended to the train station through naturalisation of an existing canal, providing access to the nature park network from the train network. A new visitor centre provides entry near the station; viewing pavilions and towers are placed at strategic locations for wildlife observation.
